This variety is naturally brewed in the same way as Kikkoman's traditional Soy Sauce, but with 43% less salt. The salt is extracted using a special fermentation process which retains the depth of flavour of our regular soy, but with 43% less salt. No artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or added MSG.
