Kikkoman's soy sauce is made using a centuries-old brewing process and only the best ingredients which ensures a top quality, richly coloured, aromatic soy sauce that is perfect for all types of seasoning.

This variety is naturally brewed in the same way as Kikkoman's traditional Soy Sauce, but with 43% less salt. The salt is extracted using a special fermentation process which retains the depth of flavour of our regular soy, but with 43% less salt. No artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or added MSG.
