Zutto, the operator of this web site, is committed to preserving the privacy of those who visit the site (the “Site”) and users of our mobile application (the “App”). If you subscribe to Zutto and/or place an order with us, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and payment information or certain other personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information"). We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are used to contact you regarding your order. In addition, when you respond to a contest, survey, questionnaire, sweepstakes or other promotional feature, we may ask you for your name, address and email address or other Personal Information.


We also collect information about you when you interact with us on social media platforms. If you message us or tag us in a social media post, we will collect information about your message or the post (including photos and videos) we are tagged in.


Except as described in this Policy, Zutto does not share your Personal Information, including your e-mail address, with any third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express permission.


Automatically collected INFORMATION

In addition, we also automatically collect information about your use of our Site and App, such as your IP host address, pages viewed and App features you used, browser and device type and operating system, duration and frequency of visits or App usage, and other data, and may aggregate any information collected in a manner which does not identify any individual ("Aggregate Information"). We also may use tools that allow us to monitor how you navigate the Site, App and Services, such as how you move your cursor or where you enter text (without seeing the actual text you enter) to help us improve the Site, App and Services and to identify and diagnose bugs. With your permission, we will collect App users’ location information from your device to customize your experiences and for our marketing purposes. You may turn off location features through the location settings on your device.

These advertisements are sometimes targeted and served to particular users and may come from third party companies called "ad networks." Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. Ad networks may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other online tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. Please note that Zutto reserves the right to and may disclose Personal Information about you in response to (a) requests from local, state or federal law enforcement officials; (b) any judicial, administrative or similar proceeding or order, such as subpoena; (c) if required by law; or (d) to investigate suspected fraud, harassment, physical threats, or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, the Services rules or policies, or the rights of third parties or to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper.

USE OF COOKIES and other technologies
