Karaage Chicken is one of the most popular Japanese dishes not only within Japan but abroad as well.
This simple and convenient Karaage batter mix makes delicious mouth watering fried chicken which keeps the chicken juicy and your oil clean.
This batter can also be used for any other meat or fish you prefer.
Directions: Mix 1 cup of Karrage batter mix with 1/2 cup water. Coat ingredients in batter. Deep fry for approimately 4 min. in oil at 350° F.
One bag of batter mix can be used for up to 7 kilos of meat, which is a fair few family meals!
